We have three options for you:

"Go Now!"

= ASAP delivery, within the hour. (Confirmation required)*

​

"Don't Take Too Long."

= By 3 Pm if ordered before 9 Am

=by 6 Pm if ordered before 12 noon.

"Take Your Time!"

= The most cost effective option

*Allows our drivers to maximize their earnings while ensuring same day delivery (Before midnight).

Send "ETA" to xxx-xxx-xxxx and an Estimated Time of Arrival will promptly be messaged back to you (You can also log in to the customer dashboard and track your package that way).

Sending a package has never been easier!

There are two ways to place an order:

1. Online through our order creation form at eta247.com

2. Via text message by texting "Send It" to xxx-xxx-xxxx

To create an order, all you need to do is provide us with:

​

1. Package weight & dimensions. (

2. Contact information for the sender and receiver.

3. Addresses for the pickup and drop-off location.

4. (Optional) Photo of the package.

           - This allows our drivers to ensure the package will fit in their vehicle and to document the condition of the package through the entire process.

After you create and submit your order, your order details will be uploaded to a network of trusted and insured drivers with decades of experience.

-They will all have a chance to request to take this delivery, but a complex algorithm will ultimately determine which driver is the best fit to ensure premium service to you.

An ETA driver will arrive to the pickup location with a company provided ID,  upload a picture of the package, then start the delivery (DO NOT give any packages to anyone who does not present this ID).

*Upon departure you will receive an ETA, and upon arrival you will receive a notification.

 

The ETA driver will upload another picture to the dashboard when they successfully deliver the package along with notes indicating drop off location.
